The 2016 Tour de Fat bicycle festival took place on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Yards Park. Check back in early 2017 for an announcement about the 2017 Tour de Fat festival.

The Tour de Fat is the biggest, craziest and most fabulous party in the DC region celebrating bicycling and good times. Tour de Fat is a FREE bicycle festival that raises a lot of support for WABA and other bicycle advocacy focused non-profits in the region. The festival is hosted and sponsored by New Belgium Brewing Company.

Admission to Tour de Fat and high-fives are always FREE!

New Belgium brews will be for sale during the event to raise funds for the benefiting bicycle non-profits. 100% of the proceeds from the parade and beer sales go right back to WABA and the four other regional bike non-profits. Each year, the Tour de Fat features free entertainment and an awesome headliner, wacky bicycle games and activities, bike themed contests, and of course tons of good craft beer.
