Got Lights

The days are getting shorter and WABAwants you to be safe and visible wherever you may be going by bike.

DC

WABA, in conjunction with the District Department of Transportation will give out 600 free light sets and help make streets safer for nighttime riders by raising awareness of the importance of being seen when cycling especially at night. Lights will only be available for those who show up with their bike.

VA

BikeWalk Alexandria and WABA, in conjunction with Wheel Nuts Bike Shop and the City of Alexandria, will give out 50 free light sets to help make streets safer for nighttime cyclists. Lights will only be available for those who show up riding their bike. Wheel Nuts Bike Shop will provide mechanical support.
