Mayor Adrian Fenty at Bike to Work Day 2010

Last year, WABA reached over 10,000 area cyclists through our events, 10,600 area children in 58 schools through our safety education, taught 21 Confident City Cycling classes throughout the region with 153 adults attending these comprehensive safety sessions, and corresponded biweekly with our 20,000+ member supporter list and quarterly with our 4,000+ members.

We are always looking for community partners for our events and educational efforts. Why sponsor WABA? Our members and supporters are a target audience for your business!

Our members are civically engaged with 25% actively involved in neighborhood groups and 14% involved in political advocacy groups. They are a dedicated lot and will return the favor in exchange for your support!
