What: This non-competitive riding event will give you a fun, first-hand view of some of the best trails, bike routes, and facilities the region has to offer. Upon completing the ride, riders will enjoy valet bike parking, entertainment, prize giveaways, and more!

When: Saturday, June 7 (rain or shine).

CHOOSE YOUR ROUTE:

Riders have two routes to choose from with full service rest stops along both. Valet bike parking, music and entertainment will be available at the finish line. It’s sure to be a fun-filled day!
FAMILY RIDE: (8-mile out & back)
This ride is especially designed to be family-friendly and great for less experienced cyclists. Riders will enjoy a comfortable and safe tour on the Mt. Vernon Trail along the Potomac River. The Family Ride will take place exclusively on a trail.
COMMUNITY TOUR: (23-mile loop)
More experienced riders will love this route, with on-street bike lanes in several neighborhoods as well as scenic trails like the W&OD, Custis, Four Mile Run and Mount Vernon and through historic Old Town Alexandria. Full service rest stops will be stocked with water, refreshments and restrooms will be available in addition to basic bike mechanical assistance.

FREE BIKE VALET
After the Ride check your bike with us as you enjoy Crystal City’s wonderful variety of restaurants and specialty shops! The free valet will be available from the conclusion of the Family Ride until 2pm so you have time for lunch.

PRIZES
Lucky winners will be chosen at random after the Ride for additional bike and gear prizes to show our appreciation for your participation in the Community Bike Ride.

After you roll across the finish line, get ready to jam to live music!
