Smooth Operator Program - Smooth Operator is a unique public safety initiative. It is a partnership of law enforcement, public safety officials and other experts in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. Report A Problem

Notice something amiss in the bicycling environment ? Report It! Have you seen storm drain grates parallel to a bicycle tire direction of travel, a pot hole in a bike path, or other bicycle-related problem in DC? Report it using the DC City Services Request website.

Lost and Stolen Bicycles

Get your personal bicycle ownership records in order. Download this free form (PDF) and document your personal property. In the case of a lost or stolen bicycle, the information recorded will be very important to have when making your report with the police. Remember to store your records in a safe location.
